Tommy Partain is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager.   A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics with emphasis in International Marketing, Tommy completed a MBA in Accounting from University of Phoenix.  As a Cavalry Scout in the US Army, he attained the rank of Sergeant. During his enlistment, Tommy worked with the best NCOs and officers the Army had to offer. Instead of harping on problems, he incorporates the skills he learned to encourage those he works with and to identify solutions.  In 2006, Tommy began working with financial institutions performing Supervisory Committee Audits, Directors Audits, Consumer Compliance Audits, BSA/ALM/OFAC Audits, ACH Audits, and Internal Control Audits.  In 2011, he founded Tommy Partain, CPA, focusing on providing affordable solution-oriented consulting services and audits to small and medium sized financial institutions.
